Mostly Still Life in Shades of Red

Heres a pic i was asked to do by Zaryia. i had a bit of trouble with it. The instructions were... a dieing orchid in a graveyard... blood... bright eyes. i wanted a small scene and just the area of the flower and the skeleton was too small. when i opened the pic up it was too empty. i likr the flow of it... i just keep wondering what the girl is looking at. my thanks to my friend Randa who said... do certain parts in black and white and it will be more dramatic. As soon as i did i said... dammit shes right again. Well she always is and thats why i ask her advice. Now i'm just wondering what Zaryia is going to ask for next. Can't wait to see.

Bound

This is a piece i did for my friend zia. we dont know each other very well yet, but i love her to death. It was done using variations on her fav color. it was very hard for me to work in such a monotone style. In fact this piece was hard period. It took me three tries to get this pic on the road. And yes the butterfly symbolizes transformation.

A Dream

This little pic was done while i was not at all well and very weak. The suggestion was flowers. That part didnt turn out so well. It ended up with a very dreamlike quality. Kind of reminds me of the pic i did for Bella some time back.

Sadness

This was a fun doodle I did while i was sick and without any internet. It tells a story and the story can get rather involved. It is surprising how the story changes depending on who is telling it. What's your story?

This was done for my friend Chaos. I did an earlier pic for her, but felt it wasn't my best effort. Here is something a bit more worthy of my friendship with her. Hope she likes it.
